engineers and technical support staff, all of them hold a Degree or
Master Degree in engineering disciplines.

Network Consultancy
We offer customer expert assistance in all communication
related matters, for example, site survey, network planning etc.
Installation Our professional teams can install, test and
start up your installations or assist your own technicians by
providing supervision. In fact, HNS teams have successfully
commission over 3 to 4 communications projects of national
and provincial scale.
Repair and replacement
service The service aims at maximizing safety and reliability
with the first-line maintenance operation. HNS has maintained
spare part centers both at Beijing and Guangzhou to facilitate such
support.
Documentation All products and systems are supplied with
complete documentation, including installation procedures, testing,
start-up and trouble-shooting.
Help-desk This Help-desk Services handles telephone
consultations by resolving day-to-day operational problems of the
customers.
